「機車殺手」承德路 300米竟有11人孔蓋 Jul 17th 2011, 23:00 【許麗珍╱台北報導】台北市承德路自南京東路到市民大道路段，短短三百多公尺就有十一個人孔蓋，不少機車騎士行經該路段很容易滑倒，痛批根本就是機車殺手。北市新工處回應，承德路已排定將分階段進行路平專案，屆時不但調降人孔蓋高度，還會拉平過於起伏的路面。 詳全文：「機車殺手」承德路 300米竟有11人孔蓋
