惡質車商 拿錢不交車 Jul 28th 2011, 23:00 「惡質車商！」桃園陳先生控訴，他花費84萬元向龜山鄉金進輪企業公司簽約訂製一輛吊臂卡車，事後金進輪卻擅自加價3萬元車款，他雖不同意加價，仍開立支票付清尾款，金進輪卻不願交車，反控他違約要沒收定金10萬元。對此，金進輪企業公司仍稱，陳先生未依約以銀行貸款支付尾款，即違約。律師指出，業者收受支票，就不得視為買方違約，而拿錢不交車的做法已涉嫌侵占。投訴組 詳全文：惡質車商 拿錢不交車
