貼文批前夫罵小三 怨婦無罪 Jul 26th 2011, 23:00 【潘岳╱宜蘭報導】彰化縣員林農工吳姓教官被前妻在部落格上po文，指他是拋棄糟糠的「陳世美」、其再婚妻是破壞婚姻的「情婦」，吳男因此告前妻誹謗。此案宜蘭地院法官認為，依國人經驗，前妻指摘尚屬合理評論範疇，只是藉陳述事實抒發失婚痛苦，應為受《憲法》保障的言論自由，昨判前妻無罪。 詳全文：貼文批前夫罵小三 怨婦無罪
