名店豬肉角竟發霉 Aug 28th 2011, 23:00 【楊忠翰、潘姵如╱台北報導】鍾姓女子上月中購買知名的金門特產「良金豬肉角」，打開分裝的小包食用時，發現應是密封包裝的豬肉角外表竟全長出白色的黴菌，她感覺噁心，趕緊吐出口中的豬肉角。業者良金畜牧場表示，若運送過程包裝破損，就可能導致此情形。專家指出，可能是產品高溫殺菌未徹底，或包裝乾燥條件不足。 詳全文：名店豬肉角竟發霉
