箱涵竟比路高 民憂淹水 Aug 28th 2011, 23:00 【王乙徹╱台中報導】中市外埔區二崁路兩個月前進行水溝修建工程，但箱涵竟比路面高出約三十公分，居民擔心當患問題向公所反應後，工程暫停但道路仍舊封閉，居民形容根本是「擺爛」；外埔區長劉陳吻表示，該工程是為了解決淹水，因民眾反應才緊急停止並重新檢討，絕對不是擺爛。 詳全文：箱涵竟比路高 民憂淹水
