S&P, 벨라루스 신용등급 강등 Sep 26th 2011, 13:17 국제신용평가기관 스탠더드 앤드 푸어스(S&P)는 26일 벨라루스의 신용등급을 현행 'B/B'에서 'B-/C'로 한등급 내렸다. S&P는 성명을 통해 "이번 등급 강등은 벨라루스의 외채 의존에 대한 우리의 우려를 반영하는 것"이라고 밝혔다.
