挺台北 中市摳在地補助 Jul 20th 2011, 23:00 【蔡智銘╱台中報導】台中市議員昨批評，中巿今年有近十億的公益彩券盈餘分配款，但七成身障團體補助都縮水，政商關係良好的團體一年可補助十多萬元，沒背景只有二、三萬元，甚至還補助在台北的社團，質疑標準何在？社會局解釋，彩券餘盈除補助身障團體，還包括兒童及青少年、老人、婦女福利和急難救助。 詳全文：挺台北 中市摳在地補助
